So far I haven’t been disappointed with IRA service. They have a professional approach, reliable, quick and easy to understand when it comes to the service they provide.
Very helpful and friendly. They gave me time to decide for things on my own, while helping out with answering questions and getting me exactly what I was looking for. Janice was fantastic - such a pleasure to work with. She made me feel very comfortable about the entire purchasing process from start to finish.
The service manager, Aaron Kushnirsky, and the entire team were super welcoming and helpful. I felt very confident that I was receiving quality, honest service. I was given fair and competitive quotes and felt comfortable asking questions. The team consistently ensured I was well taken care of while I waited to pick up my car.
I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Ira Mazda this time around. The plastic trim on the right side of the back trunk came off on its own, and when I brought it in, I was told it must have been caused by a hit. However, there’s no visible damage or signs of impact, and it seems more like a manufacturing defect than external damage. I thought it would have been fixed for free.
