I bought my 2024 Mazda Cx30 from Ira Mazda and I swear each time I come in for service the quality of help is always top notch. Makes me want to stay in the Mazda family forever. I got a nail in my tire as many do commuting back and forth daily. This popped my tire and when I called they made sure tk set an appointment up to accommodate my needs. I came in yesterday got checked in by Marvin Besley and he had a loaner set to the side for me. He has been great at communicating with me even better than my husband does! The tire was covered under warranty and he let me know my other back one had a nail as well so he got that covered without question. This above and beyond service you don't get just anywhere. Marvin has been so helpful and I’m so glad he is my advisor, Ira Mazda should be lucky to have someone so amazing working for them!
Despite being very busy, the team made me feel like they were paying attention to me and trying to move the process along. I had walked out of another dealership earlier in the day because I felt they were purposely just wasting my time.
I really like the customer service; they are very efficient, and the service is guaranteed.
John in the service department is always giving me the best service possible, making sure all my needs are met, while also going above and beyond when getting my car serviced there
Dealership is large and they treat everyone with total respect. They answer all questions. They send a video link of the service being performed on your vehicle. They make recommendations of the work that needs attention and the work that can wait until a later service. The waiting area is large and clean and they provide refreshments, fruits, snacks,coffee, water and a whole lot more. Free wifi with plenty of USB ports as well.
Always clean,, they have refreshments. I RECEIVED, GREAT, help from 2 young men. Salesman David and Maanager Bernie. Very helpful. Good experience. Both 10's. Not to forget Darwin. Very nice, he deserve a, 10 as well. THANKS
