Rebeka Washington was very helpful and explained what needed to be done. I am back on wed. 8/5 to get rear brakes installed.
Sam greeted me on arrival. Proceed to make the order and took the time to explain what it was going to be done. Explained the possibility of taking longer due to on how many updates should be installed.
Overall good experience with Ourisman Honda of Woodbridge. Customer service is good and the workers there are kind and considerate. Thumbs up.
