Great to work with, transparent, and communicative. Firas and Dennis got the deal done and all felt good about it.
Firas was very easy to work with. Everything that was advertised on the website was true (no bait and switch)-discounts available, etc. He is very knowledgable and made the process of purchasing a new car an enjoyable experience. He spent a lot of time with myself and my husband after our purchase explaining all the details of our XC90 as this was our first Volvo purchase.
