Mike in service was great! Fixed the problem an had my car ready the same day.
Overall service and experience was top notch. They completed the repair and provided transportation for us while being completed

I took my car with 29K miles in for an oil change and was told I needed a $3500 repair on an engine gasket. I told the service person that I had a platinum extended warranty in my glove box that should cover this. She told me I would have to call my warranty to see. I have never had a dealer do that before. They always took care of that and told me what was covered. I told her just do the oil change but later she came back and told me the repair would be covered fully under my drive train warranty. I feel this is info I should have been given the first time not put through the stress and shock of being told what my bill would be. Later they did provide me a loaner car and 3 days later got my car back and no bill. Just feel the original information could have been handled better. The service was fine though and timely
