The " Sales Representative " Raphael was truly excellent !! The entire " Team " was so nice & professional !! Great experience !! The only " flaw " was they gave us a very low " trade -in " value for our car !! We were disappointed but we went through with the new car purchase. !! They have a " Great Team " in place .
