Overall I was satisfied with this VW dealership nestled in beautiful Harford County, Maryland. This was my first oil change and service purchase with this dealership. The dealership was neat and clean and the refreshments were plentiful. The young lady existing me went out of her way to explain the process and to ensure I was given great customer service. My previous experience with dealerships and oil changes is the technician would come to share the assessment of the vehicle and tell me the remaining time period. Also, I would get a sticker to let me know the mileages and the next upcoming oil change. I was told the vehicle reminds me automatically. Ironically, another tire was losing air. I guess I will have to return. Overall the services went well.

Great customer service. Very detailed and upfront about the services that were needed. The wait time was exactly what they said it would be. The atmosphere was very clean, comfortable and welcoming.
