Took my vehicle in for a mirror repair and a transmission shifting issue. Carlos met me at the vehicle and listened patiently while I explained the problem I was having. I waited in the dealership while the vehicle was being serviced and was impressed with the waiting area and the free hot dogs 🌭 . The dealership sent me a short video at the completion of the service detailing the work that had been performed. Carlos met me in the waiting area and again explained the service details.
