Rick and Jeff worked the deal together, everything went very smoothly. Dan took care of any questions I had and Ryan was very helpful when a paperwork change needed to be done the next day by a manager. Everyone was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with.
I was told that Lexus went over every system and it was working. After I got home I found that the windshield washers do not work, and in fact the hose was cut.
Can’t say enough positive things about Luis and Lexus of Sarasota! The dealership as a whole was an incredibly pleasant experience and never felt like they were stringing us along or stalling for anything. Luis helped us a ton with getting our purchase squared away, as minimal as possible left to do once we arrived, a test drive with our two kids still in car seats, and even helped us get everything moved over from our old vehicle to our new vehicle! Can’t recommend Luis and the dealership enough!
