Good I had a good experience. This time I was not given a quote of the estimated charges ahead of time which would've liked. I didn't know the cost until I picked up the vehicle
Mike Chapman was great to work with. He kept me informed, answered all my questions, etc. The turn around time was too long, but between part availabilities, dealing with extended warranty approvals, etc., it going to take longer. Nate, the service tech, found additional items that needed addressing, so that increased the turn around time as well. Overall, I'm happy all has been addressed.
They picked up and delivered my car, it was very convenient. Good service and good price
