This service department is second to none! I always bring my RAV4 Hybrid here. During my last visit, Kevin Ashton and the service tech worked tirelessly to discover the source of some issues I had reported. Two turned out to be simple solutions at zero cost to me. On a third, I was offered a lower cost alternative. And while the final repair wasn’t cheap, I trust that I got the best value for my money with Toyota parts and excellent service. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else!
Toyota of Louisville has always gave us great service. They have a friendly and courteous service department. John Carbone is usually my main contact. They have a great shuttle crew always polite and courteous and a joy to talk with.
