Tim was great. Very personable and knowledgeable about vehicles I was interested in and no hard-sell tactics. All the personnel I dealt with at the dealership were pleasant, but somebody made an apparently inadvertent error with the paperwork by failing to notice that Toyota did not have title to the car when it was sold to me.
I've been a customer for around 20 years and have always been satisfied with Toyota of Louisville.
Top tier service, all sales professionals were in the parking lot and their was no waiting to be helped. Tim Patillo and David from finance went the extra mile by staying late when my travel was delayed and I missed a late appointment. No attitude, just good Ole customer service. The sore was immaculant and pleasant to the eye.
I purchased my truck from TOL in 2012. Same great service every time I go in and see Adam Poff
