I received top-notch service and Tim Patillo was great to work with. I will be a returning customer for my next vehicle. Tim got me exactly what I asked for. My Tundra is incredible! Out of all my car buying experiences over the past 25 years, this was hands down the best and smoothest experiences I have had.
The Tech was friendly, the price was great! I was in and out in a couple of hours.
Kevin Ashton went above and beyond what was expected. I took my car for maintenance and another problem was discovered. It was towards the end of the day and I was told I would have to come back. But Kevin ended up fixing it himself so this old lady wouldn’t have to go without air conditioning.
Great service, service managers and technicians are friendly and thorough. Toyota of Louisville location is convenient for me and they provide shuttle service.
