Going into the process of looking for and buying my first car, I was a little nervous, but Egan made the process so easy! He was patient and kind answering any and all questions I had at the dealership as well as outside the dealership. Egan was great at communicating anything that was happening in the process and anything I needed to do. He made the whole process not as stressful as I thought it would to be, which I really appreciated. I couldn't have imagined a better dealer than Egan, especially for my first car!
