my dad works here and is very talented at his job as a used car manager
I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at this location. In September, I brought in my 2025 Toyota Tacoma to have the front grille looked at because the black finish was developing white blotches. The service writer and manager took pictures and assured me they would submit them to Toyota for a warranty claim. However, after several weeks, I was informed that my service advisor no longer worked there, and I was left waiting without any update. I left messages for someone to call me back, but it took weeks, and I never received a response. I even contacted the service director, but still, no callback or resolution. It's now December, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service. This experience has made me hesitant to bring my vehicle back to this dealership, and I will be sharing my experience to warn others. Truly an unacceptable level of service.
We worked with Andrea to purchase our new Rav Prime. She was knowledgable and efficient with our time. She worked with us to get a fair price on our trade in (2010 Rav 4). I would definitely recommend her and this dealership to others.
What a scam car dealership! Since they weren’t going to be making money off of my lease buyout they decided to push for a warranty. We were told Toyota financial makes you have a warranty. Ok cool we will come back with a check and they refuse to do the paperwork for us without buying a warranty! After being loyal to this dealership we won’t come back ever again.
I have no trouble getting a service appointment. Your reminders keep us on track for service and any specific opportunities to do the ounce of prevention process rather than have a potential nightmare when traveling and need service somewhere on the road.
