Edson was AMAZING!!! I appreciate how well Edson helped me choose which services are most important.
I had a good experience at Infiniti South Bay and will go again for service. This is not my local dealer. The closest dealer to my home is Cerritos; however, they now have a fee for using a credit card, which I refuse to pay. This is not a cost that should be passed down to the customer when you have a luxury brand.
Edson was great. Infiniti took care of business and made me happy on choosing them for my service.
Excellent Service No Nice coffee bar and the facility was very clean. The showroom was small but doable. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
