I had an appointment set and sat in the dock waiting for someone to come for at least 15 minutes. It was during lunch time but if lunchtime was an issue, then they shouldn't schedule during that time. I had to walk into the dealership to ask if anyone was going to help me and take my car in. They normally would wash my car, and they didn't, maybe they wanted to give it back quicker because I had waited in the beginning, but I like the extra steps they take to service your car and wash it. Andre was great once I went into the dealership to ask about my service.
Great service. Everyone was polite and professional when taking care of my q60. Car runs great and smoother after taking it in.
The dealership is always nice and clean and there is always prompt service and courteous representatives
The service was efficient and the mechanical issue I was having with my car was resolved. The only issue I had was while I was waiting for my car, one of the attendants at the front desk was watching a video that had sounds of a dog attacking a hyena. In the video it sounded like a dog was being tortured. The video played for about 5 minutes. It was very unsettling to listen to. There were other customers waiting. I’m sure I’m not the only one that was bothered by it.
Received perfect customer service and advice and turn around tome was as promised. Will recommend South Bay Infinity to all driving excellence!
Responsive but I had some struggle to book online. Not able to reach service dept after 6 pm on phone
