This dealership was extremely nice and they helped my understand everything that was going on with my vehicle
They were really nice and helpful when helping me get a car. Even though my initial reason for coming there was different than purchasing a car, they were understanding, took time, and helped me find the car for me, as well as personable.
Oak Lawn VW has a very nice, warm , friendly environment. Tyler was my service representative. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Has great customer service skills and kept me informed and he answered all of my questions with patience. Thnak you Tyler.
