The service dept especially Mark R ROCKS!! I would not purchase a car at bmw medford again though
Everytime I drive in its always a welcoming experience. Staff are great. If ever I need air in my tires they are always there to execute. Mark from Mini and Frances the mini mechanic know who I am and they always take care of me.
