Bill Estes Chevrolet is great at selling and not so good at delivering! Bought a 2021 Corvette in February 2025 with the promise that the missing second key fob would be delivered to me fairly quickly. Alas, now six months later I still do not have the promised fob. Texted and called each month to check the status and it always varied between "the former owner will be sending it to us" and "can you come back to Indy (I live three hours away) and we will work on it." My salesman (Ikhan) did usually respond but they simply cant or wont deliver.

I was greeted and welcomed when I arrived. Jim was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had already had the vehicle information ready for him and he was able to match me with the vehicle that I was looking for. Keith was also very helpful, answered my questions and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Overall the staff there gave off a welcoming environment.

Mark and the team at Bill Estes Chevy went above and beyond! I have never been treated so well as I was with Bill Estes Chevy. I was always greeted by name. They thoroughly explained what was happening with my car, they gave me options on proceeding, and then even provided a loaner car for me for the weekend so I wasn't without transportation. I cannot speak more highly of this team! Everyone I encountered was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Bought a used SUV. When I got it home, found it had mice that were in HVAC, Air Intake and In Doors. The fact the air filter had a dead mouse pasted to it shows they did not do the QUALITY CHECKS they said they PRIDED THEMSELVES for doing. They added a bunch of costs in for background checks and stuff I have never heard of. I do not trust them and would never do any business with them. Buyer Beware!!!!

The experience was great with Kyle Crockett on buy my new vehicle. Kyle made the buying easy and went through all the options and incentive available on multiple vehicle before we decided on our options. Kyle Crockett was excellent in going over the setup of Onstar, the My Rewards app and others features on the truck.

The service was great , excellent customer service. Allen is a great team member to work with.
