As a mom of two with a very busy job, the last thing I wanted to do was spend hours going back and forth at a dealership. I had been looking at a vehicle at another dealership, and they basically told me they wouldn’t give me their best deal unless I came in. I went in, and they wanted to spend hours going back and forth, negotiating and playing the typical dealership games. It was honestly a complete waste of my time. I reached out to Selma Kia and explained that I really wanted to be able to work out the deal over the phone without all the back-and-forth. Rene completely understood me right away. He connected me with Richard and another girl team member whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, and from there, everything was incredibly easy. With just a few texts, phone calls, and emails over the course of a couple of hours, we had a deal worked out that I felt really good about. Aaron, the sales manager, locked everything in and made the process so simple. We drove over the next morning, test drove the vehicle with Richard and completed all of the paperwork in less than three hours. Our finance guy was also fantastic and such a pleasure to work with. The entire experience was easy, straightforward, and—most importantly—respectful of my time. I never felt pressured or like I was being played with. As a busy mom, that means SO much to me. I would highly, highly recommend Selma Kia to anyone looking for a vehicle and especially to anyone who wants a dealership that will actually work with you and respect your time.
