Great interaction and experience at Round Rock Toyota. Walked in and was warmly greeted by Sergio who was professional, patient and super helpful. Was not planning on buying a car that day, but he didnsu j a great job and offered such a solid deal we walked away with a new car. The process, staff and overall experience was very positive.

Was told a truck would be available to test drive the following morning, drove 4 hours to be told 45 minutes prior to arrival that the truck has been sold on a deal that’s been happening for a week. Then proceeded to try to sell me a much higher priced vehicle and offered a “discount” of $7000 but were using a price $5000 higher than advertised to start from. Awful experience, awful tactics.

They took 3 weeks to paid off the trade of my car which is very strange. They did not send me the paper that I signed and this guys use your car for meal pick even before they bring the paper with the offer that is very unprofesional. Be aware about this dealership.
