Friendly informational and very helpful not very quick to be received as the first visit honored my appointment even if my assigned assistant was not there for the day
I had to do maintenance for my car and I always go to Jared Jones because he always does things on a timely manner and makes things very easy
Human beings don’t come any kinder- nicer - -and more caring than Jared Jones in the the service department at Toyota North Dealership!! I was so blessed as a newcomer to Austin from LV NV to have Jared as my as guide in the service department!! My Rav 4 is in Great Shape to negotiate the many roads in Austin!!! I was able to schedule an appointment for a Synthetic Oil change for my 2008 Avalon online. They had a special foe $49.99. Was out of there in 1 hour.
Friendly people, easy process to get serviced with maintenance work on the car from verifying what needs to be done and getting notification that service is complete through text while waiting for it to be done. Overall a great experience
North Austin Toyota has taken such good care of my car for a long time.
