Its was good but please maintain some tracking system to let the customer know whats the status of their car in live like text messages
I really appreciate how they communicate with the customer re the problems with your vehicle. They use text, email and videos to communicate so you always know where you stand. They use text service advisors communicate well. Martin was my advisor.
