This is the 4th car I’ve purchased at Autobarn Subaru and the experiences keep getting better, not that they need improvement. Hormis was a pleasure to work with , I never felt pressured and did feel he had my best interests at heart. The process was pretty quick and easy. It helped that I knew what I wanted, but Hormis did suggest getting a hybrid and I’m so glad that I did. I also enjoyed working with Juan on the financing paperwork. He was very nice and easy going. I can’t imagine going to another dealership, My record of 4 cars speaks for itself. I highly recommend Autobarn Subaru, if you’re buying ask for Hormis!

The dealer experience was excellent. They really took care of us and made it feel like they had our best interests in mind, not just trying to sell a car. Overall, a great experience.

It was a pleasure working with Hormis. I can honestly say that we trusted Hormis. That’s a first for us when it comes to getting a car. Car salespeople always have the gift of gab but rarely do you feel like you can trust them. They have a job to do and a paycheck that they depend on like everyone else. Of course, that applies to Hormis too but he was just a regular guy and that really makes a difference. His words didn’t sound like a recording, they sounded sincere. I think we are going to be very happy working with Subaru in Countryside. I moved around the dealership a bit when we were there. I observed the people working. They seemed to be enjoying themselves and I really hope that is the case. I think that says a lot about a business.

It took three different trips to Subaru to finally decide on what car we needed vs. what car we wanted to replace. The employees were extremely flexible accommodating my children on one visit. On another visit, I was offered water and gluten free snacks which were much appreciated. I felt that test driving multiple cars was necessary. The team knew I was not happy with the size of the second car we test drive. After test driving a third car on the third visit we had what we were looking for. I do feel like I made a personal connection with multiple team members. A family member referred us to this particular Subaru and we found the environment and staff much more supportive than another Subaru dealer we visited. I would definitely be interested in purchasing our next car. It was a very educational car buying experience. This was my 5th car purchase in 25+ years and I do feel they were genuinely interested in making me happy witu my purchase.
