Great service from beginning to end. Check in my appt. Friendly service, and we'll done work.
Same problem as last 3 times I came in; Service Manager said he would call Hyundai. Tried to explain on last survey that the people at charging station want you to move from charge spot once screen reads charge complete please unplug, but no one at dealership even asked me about survey! You send these messages, but I don’t think anyone cares what is written! I don’t know who Hector is, but maybe the Service Manager will let him know what he observed with the charging system? The last two times I brought car in for the SAME reason I was told it had been put on charge and fixed; someone outright lied! I noted the charge percentage each time AND it was not changed! I’ve put charge amount up to 90% just so I can get to 80% as recommended! I’m seriously thinking about just parking car until I turn it in in June; don’t want to keep spending time at dealership!
