(Sales rep) studied the Carfax report and test-drove the car before our arrival; he was prepared to answer my questions! Jose and Al were generous enough to respect my wish to think about the purchase overnight. They also made it clear that even with a used-car purchase, they offer the same after services, which is very nice of them. We are very happy with our experience at Family Hyundai.
