I SAW BILL HAVENS T.V. COMMERCIAL AND WAS STUNNED BY THE SIMPLE HONESTY OF IT. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET.THIS GENTLE MAN AND HIS FAMILY,DAUGHTER AND GRANDSON MAKE BUYING A CAR LIKE GOING TO SEE A GOOD OLD MOVIE,NO HYPE,NO PRESSURE.I BOUGHT A 2008,SUZUKI XL7,AND THEY PERFORMED ALL THEY PROMISED.THEY ARE NOT FAST BUT THEY ARE VERY GOOD.I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS AND ANY ONE ELSE LOOKING TO BUY A USED CAR STOP IN AND SEE BILL AND ROBIN, MIKE AND JUDY HAPPY CUSTOMERS

I'm one who truely HATES the whole car buying experience. Dealing with sales people, dickering over prices, financing yadayadayada. None of that applied here. Robin was truely a pleasure to deal with and they made me a (more than fair offer) I couldn't refuse. I got a nice vehicle at a great price. I drove over 100 miles to Pensacola and i'll do it again. Plus they have a GREAT after warranty service plan that is unheard of today. While I mainly dealt with Robin I did meet her dad Bill and most of the staff. All were top notch nice people.

I bought a 2001 Jeep from Mr. Haven in the spring of 2006. I researched the price and couldn't find a simuiary equiped vehicle for anything near his low price. The deal was done and I was happy. On the day I went to pick up the Jeep and give the final payment, Mr. Haven said he just got the latest NADA pricing book. He looked up my Jeep and said he could take off an additional $500.00. This guy is good and fair.
