I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. I recently purchased a 2022 Honda Pilot (around 33k miles) from Faulkner VW. I had it transferred to Faulkner Cadillac — where I’ve worked with their team before and actually trust them — just so I could have it inspected. Thank goodness I did, because Cadillac quickly discovered the Pilot needed four new tires and a right axle replacement before it was even road-ready. Not exactly what you expect from a “certified” vehicle at this price point. To make matters worse, the interior was absolutely filthy — sticky cupholders, grime in every crevice, and dog hair everywhere. My son has a serious allergy, and I now have to deep clean a car I just bought because it’s triggering his breathing issues and even making my eyes itch every time I get in. I should not have to deep clean a vehicle that's "sales ready". Oh, and here’s the kicker: the car came in to VW in August with 30k miles… and was sold to me in November with 30k miles. So someone was clearly joyriding it around in the meantime. While I’ll give credit where it’s due — Faulkner Cadillac was professional, transparent, and took care of the repairs — they still had to charge me $2,000 for the work VW should have handled before ever listing it for sale. Bottom line: Faulkner VW’s lack of care and accountability made this one of the most disappointing car purchases I’ve ever made.
Sales guy was nice. Told us paperwork and car could be delivered. But then later in the week after a signature and a deposit was placed was advised that they can not do it . In talking with the finance guy and sales guy they stopped the practice the day prior. I felt bullied to get up and sign papers and get vehicle. It just poor customer service to make an agreement and share and then go back on your word. They should have made it wok and kelt their word. It’s bad business to not and bad customer service.
To be sure ! We love Faulkner for everything. Clay Darkes in service is the best.
I was very pleased with my experience. All my concerns were addressed, and I was treated very well.
New to the VW family, and Faulkner…. Huge selection- listened to my wants & needs- very happy with my purchase!!!
The entire staff at Faulkner VW were so helpful with the entire process of getting my dream truck. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.
