We’ve bought multiple BMWs from this dealership since 2001 and from Ales Olecky since 2015. We considered another manufacturer this time but stayed with Ales because we knew him and the quality of the dealership and its service department.
You won't find a more knowledgable BMW salesperson than Ales. He not only knows everything about the car, he is trustworthy, honest and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I didn't even see my car until the day I picked it up, that is how much I trusted his expertise. He is a true professional and i would recommend him to anyone wanting a BMW.

I continue to be bowled over by the excellence in client service at BMW of Raleigh. Their Sales staff aren’t just looking to “close the deal”, but provide valuable inputs and advice and MOST of all, are available to assist in the event of further queries or help as a part of after sales service. In particular, David Malette is a legend. On top of his excellent knowledge on the vehicles, he is very friendly, prompt in his communications and always makes sure that he finds a solution for you. I bought a brand new X6 from David / BMW of Raleigh in February 2025 and I needed to get a tire replaced after having driven over a nail. The Service department was backed up, but David still worked with me to help squeeze me into their schedule and was there to guide me throughout the process, even though he is a Salesperson and not a Service Advisor. He continues to go above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful for him. David and BMW of Raleigh have found a lifetime customer in me. I strongly recommend both David and BMW of Raleigh!
We had, hands down, the best sales experience ever with Ales Oleky at BMW on Capital in Raleigh. We have owned 4 BMWs previously and was considering a new make and model. In our assessment of vehicles BMW was our last stop. Ales is amazing. Let me say this again Ales IS amazing. He knows everything about all the models and their benefits. He listens to what you say you want and what you state as your budget. He is extremely patient and there was zero pressure to buy a car we didn't want nor fid he use the scare or pressure tactics that many sales people use. He should hold a Master Class because I have been buying cars for 40 years and in my opinion Ales' style and professionalism are exceptional. One day sales people will figure out that customers "will buy" if the product is good and the service during the sales cycle is comfortable and informative. When I trade or have a need for a second car I will look for Ales. Simply the best!
