Working with Arbi has been great. He’s very good at communication. I ordered a RAV4 prime and he was in constant communication. Letting me know that the order was placed, how long the estimated wait times were, then surprised me with shipping date. As the car was being delivered to the dealership, he let me know and I told him I’d be there the next day. He already had the car detailed and parked right in front when I arrived. We got into the car immediately for a test drive and got started on paperwork afterwards. Then I worked with Claire and she was awesome as well. Answering all of my questions and going back and fourth with my financial advisor. In the end, I left with new car and it has been great! Easy to work with, communicative and will do pretty much anything within reason to satisfy a customer.
