What Others Say

I must say .. I’ve been leasing vehicles for a while now & I’ve never experienced the most horrible customer service experience in my life .. Josh the salesman was extremely sassy & had a very sarcastic nasty attitude. I came in looking for a new vehicle , giving him my expectations on what I was looking for and he would make smart remarks on “asking for a price like that is like asking to buy a loaf of bread at the same price it was 3 years ago” .. and then bring up inflation .. All the remarks began to make me feel extremely uncomfortable because as a salesperson I understand your goal is to make a sale but you should also learn professionalism & learn to make your customers feel welcomed and not feel stupid! When I told him that we got a set price quote from a different Kia he then proceeded to ask why would we walk away from such a great deal? We then proceeded to explain that we were shopping around & considering this location was much closer to home we wanted to give it a try.. I would drive out of state to visit another dealership if it meant that I would go back to this dealer! Horrible I would never recommend anyone to see Josh!

Ive been going to this dealer since I purchased my kia in 2020. Never had any issues. My most recent visit someone stole my necklace out of the armrest in my car. Only 2 people actually cared to help figure out what happened. Everyone else couldn't care less. The manager was no help at all he actually had an attitude like I did something to him. A police report was filed and thats only the beginning. Loved coming to this place but unfortunately they're under new management and they suck. If you can avoid this place please do so!

We weren’t 100% set on buying when we first walked into the dealership, but our experience with the team—especially Mus—made all the difference. He was warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to meet us halfway on everything. The Kia Telluride was a bit over our budget, so Mus introduced us to the Kia Sorento—its “little brother”—and we absolutely loved it! It took a few days to get the car due to safety checks, but Mus was incredibly patient with all our questions and requests throughout. He remained kind, respectful, and professional, and honestly, he played a big role in why we ended up purchasing. Manager Mike was also very warm and welcoming—he has this calming, grandfatherly vibe that makes you instantly trust him. Jason, their Finance Manager, was just as impressive. He was very patient and took the time to clearly explain all of our leasing and financing options without any pressure. Overall, we had a great experience with the team and are very happy with our new car!

The receptionist Michelle is awesome. I would rather deal with her than anyone in Kia Autoworld. She is the nicest and understanding.

JB was amazing to work with. Very easy and knowledgeable. Would recommend working with him.

I would like to say that Lee from Autoworld Kia was great and helped my husband and I so much. He was so helpful and kind to us. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question and doubt we had. Thanks to him we obtained our new beautiful 2025 Kia K5. Autoworld Kia you guys are very lucky to have such an awesome employee.
