This is the second time I have worked with Brunswick Auto Mart. Family has used them as well. Very satisfied with them in every aspect.

1. Advertised a vehichle with 23,000+ miles, told by the salesman you only had it for a couple of weeks. Find out at financing, after the deal was negotiated that the truck had 2500+ more miles than advertised, feel this was very deceptive. That came as a dissapointment & shock. 2. Didnt pick the truck up until 1-1/2 week later, asked for it to be detailed in that time span, it was not, or if it was it was done incredibly badly. Asked for a sticker to be removed from the prior owner, was told it would be when detailed. It too wasnt done. All said, you might be good at moving product, but you are not good at providing customer care & attention to details that matter to customers spending hard earned money on large purchases. Seems at the end of the day, the only thing really of interest to you is making a buck.

Easy scheduling, on-time service, friendly and helpful. My appointment for the 10,000-mile service was done professionally at the Volkswagen Brunswick Auto Mart. It took less time than stated. Very satisfied!
