Matt, Molly, Jennifer and Rick were super helpful with getting me all set into my brand new Nissan Rogue! All of them were so nice and made sure I was very happy with my purchase. Thank you all!

Kyle, Aiden, and Jaime we're very courteous and answered all my questions. I was never over pushed into a sale as some people may claim here. We went to 6 dealerships and this was the ONLY one who treated us well the whole process. If your main complaint is with a used vehicle purchase having issues.... this is why every dealership offers the additional insurance. They can not tell the future, and they dont want to sell you a bad service. If your buying used ANYWHERE and not getting extra insurance thats on you. That being out of the way now, i would in a heart beat work with kyle again, this man apeared within 5 seconds of parking our car to help. When the original car we wanted wasnt availiable, he walked the entire under $20k used section listening to everything we were wanting. When we settled on a car to test, he rolled it up for us to the front while we had some water and snacks. He came inside and very cheekily stated "your gonna hate me for how much you love this car" matching my attitude. He was right of course, we didnt actually hate him tho we were just happy ro finally be done shopping and shocked we only had to test one car at this location to find it.

Somersworth Nissan is a joke, Plain and simple. We bought a used car there against multiple people telling us not to but we needed a car and they had what we were looking for and after weeks looking elsewhere we finally settled on a vehicle from here. I came to look at more than one but couldn’t make it passed the 10 foot walk up on one before I knew I didn’t want it. The one we settled on showed me Nissans true colors I just how they try to get one over on you. The first thing was the radio didn’t work in the car but the radio also controlled the back up camera and most interior vehicle settings so we couldn’t try any of that, not a crazy deal but something that was never mentioned in the week that they held my deposit before viewing. Then I had them put it on a lift and what a joke that was! They made me wait over 40 min telling me it would just be a second only to see oil all over the ground because they never changed the oil like they said they did during there “inspection”. Their “inspections” are a joke, I found a broken spring on the back of the car that by LAW they are required to fix when I found that the person representing themselves as the “owner” gave me an attitude and said they do everything for inspection and they would take care of it but was very demeaning. This day they made me an hour late for leaving because they told me my deposit was only good for 1 more day and if I didn’t do some of the paperwork I’d loose the car but we couldn’t do paperwork in full because they did such a poor job looking over the car 🚘 spent 3 hours there just to leave with nothing and letting them have the car for another week but the got money upfront. Fast forward to the next week car is supposed to be ready by Monday- Tuesday it wasn’t ready until Friday night. Come to pick up the car Saturday, they put in a junk yard radio and left it dirty and gross and never programmed leaving it useless so I had to take it to vw for that. When I went to leave the car pulled hard and tire lights came on drove right back to have them run me around for another 40 min telling me they’d call on Monday with an answer. I brought the car to an independent and asked them to check alignment. They never completed the alignment after the suspension work even after multiple people told me they did and when vw looked at the car they found a module to be faulty but because it isn’t actively making things I use to not work Nissan won’t even consider it to exhaust even tho it could stop the whole dash from working. Nissan management team told me that they would cut a check for the alignment and paid vw for the radio but then I had to make 5 phone calls and wait weeks for said check. The service department talked poorly about sales and sales talked poorly about service; even if you don’t buy a car here definitely don’t let them service your car! My salesman Matt seemed new and I knowledgeable but ultimately didn’t seem to be a bad guy just new. Manager 1 Ric seemed to be knowledgeable about things but was put in and out of our situation Manager 2 Trevor was there from the minute I showed up but switched on and out with Ric My biggest issues with the managers was the lack of communication while waiting for repairs, lack of internal communication, and just for making me chase them to do the simple things they said they would. Like when Trevor told me the car was all set to pick up and then he told me later oh we will cut a check no problem then he never did and left for 1.5 weeks for vacation so then Ric stepped back in requiring more info before finally cutting a check; not to worry I paid $123 for an alignment they only felt the need to write the check for $100. Finance manager Molly was extremely rude to my wife acting as tho she wasn’t qualified to read the loan papers even tho she was the one financially responsible for this vehicle. And the warranty offers just wouldn’t stop I can only say no nicely so many times but if you are inclined to get one j

They have no idea what they're doing. After 4 hours of talking through terms, agreeing on pricing, and finding out if I'd be able to drive it off the lot after buying it, which after a lot of discussions they eventually confirmed yes. After signing all the paperwork, running my credit, taking a deposit, and putting it on my insurance, they then came out and said, nope nevermind you can't take it today and that's final. Worst bait and switch I've ever seen, walked out. I will now need to deal with weeks of disputes to have the inquiry come off my credit report because they misled me into signing paperwork. Stay away at all costs.
