Normally good experience but not this time. Hour later than promised. They gave me a $13 discount. Okay but I needed that hour.
Easy to check in/drop off, polite and helpful staff at every step, waiting area is great even during construction, did not try to brutally upsell (which is absolutely massive), just nice people, good service, good timing/speed, our last 3 cars have been Georgia Made KIAs and been very happy with them. Keep up the good work.

Good experience! Ask for Jasmine - very professional and courteous! Very pleased with car except for a small driver side window shield crack I did not notice on test drive. Was so excited about the car I guess! Then did notice once drove out of the dealership! Assume the dealership did not notice either! At least I’m going to believe that! (Plus you sign a lot of forms stating car is “as is!”) And again we love the car! Best price - by far - of many used BMW X5s I looked with/similar mileage! And a more current year than most all I looked at on line! So again overall a good experience - did I mention we love the car!
