Highly recommend finding another service department. Staff is not knowledgeable in the vehicles and services they sell/maintenance. Scheduling routine maintenance visits always involves dropping the vehicle off. Truck had less than 30k miles and needed new tires. Never bothered to see if there was a bigger issue. And Sue…..she’s very rude. This place has no problem wasting your time and money.

Absolute Greatest Experience purchasing a new vehicle out of state from this dealership. CJ and his dealer staff were all very polite and professional. The purchase deal was made over a telephone call and we then drove 298 miles the next day from Illinois to pick up the vehicle. CJ had the perfect Chrysler Pacifica with an exact match for all of the options that we required along with the best “Out-the-Door” price that we could find within a radius of 400 miles. CJ had everything ready to finish the deal when we arrived. No upselling, no add-on pressures, and no negative tactics as typically found at every other dealership. The whole event took no more than 45 minutes to complete and be out the door. Wow! As long as I have been purchasing cars for the last 50 years, I have never had a better experience than this anywhere else. Our new vehicle even had a full tank of gasoline upon delivery! The New Carlisle CDJR dealership overall is very clean and really organized. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone for purchasing a new CDJR vehicle.

DO NOT take your vehicle here for service. I had to wait 4days for a “service appointment”. Waited 3 days then called to find I needed an injector. They had to order the part. I waited 4 more days then called again to find my part just arrived. After 2 more days, they rolled my vehicle back in the shop and started the project again. All-in-all, after waiting for my service appointment, it took over 8 days to get an injector installed and I initiated every phone contact. Don’t waste your time or money here!!

Sue in the service department is atrocious and unprofessional. I am a Jeep Wave member and they refuse to perform an oil change and tire rotation on my vehicle stating I should take it to the dealer I purchased it from. I wonder what Jeep would think of this? Her voice is cringy, sounds like one of Marge Simpson's sisters, she's loud and rude. Absolutely someone I would not employ to work with customers at my dealership.

I was advised by their body shop that they would not to my body warranty on my 19 Jeep Wrangler because I did not buy it from them !!!

Great experience. Great selection. Great staff. What else can be said!! Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Small and comfortable setting. This is the second vehicle from these folks and Great is Great.
