I have had my vehicles serviced with Mercedes of Columbus for over 10 years and have always been impressed with the quality of their service.
Mercedes of Columbus is always top notch. It does not matter who you are interacting with, everyone is extremely professional. I am writing to praise Elizabeth and one of technicians(sorry I don’t remember your name sir). My C250 was making a ticking noise that I thought might be a new noise. I made a quick pit stop into the service area and asked if someone could quickly listen and confirm if the sound is normal. Elizabeth and her tech came out and reassured me it was normal. No fuss. No appointment needed. No $150+ fee to confirm this. It might not have meant much to them but it meant a lot to me. Thank you for your professionalism. Y’all are always top notch. Mercedes of Columbus is the only shop working on my Mercedes.

Ms. Evelyn Tolbert provided 5 Star level Customer Advisor support during my recent vehicle purchase. Question's about the vehicle and buy process were answered clearly and timely.
