The sales person that I originally talked to on the phone was not there at the time we agreed upon, but another was more than happy to help. The rep even let me know that if I got my trade-in quoted at CarMax beforehand then they had to accept it in our transaction. All in all, it felt like they were listening to me and allowing me to find the car that I wanted. Low pressure and very friendly, knowledgeable team. They have a great selection to choose from and will move vehicles located at other lots to a central place for you to try all at once. Had a great experience and am very happy with my new car. Sales person Alex was nice and friendly to work with. Finance department wouldn't return my calls after I bought the car to cancel my GAP insurance they sold me that I ended up not wanting.

These guys will sell you bad car i bought myself a 2017 f150 from them it had damaged to the gas tank they would not fix it they put my family in danger because less then a month it was leaking I call them multiple time about this already did a claim to BBB hopeful nobody buy car from them again
