On a trip, and evidently picked up a piece of steel in my tire. In a strange town, not knowing where anything is, was very glad to find a VW dealer. They took the car right in and within an hour I was back on the road. This is my first VW and it truly is my favorite car. The service I receive from my dealer and the associate who helped me to day is icing on the cake! Thank you!
