Just completed regular service on our X3 at Bill Jacobs and it was a great experience. Our Service Advisor Jeff Hulsebus listened intently as we described some day-to-day driving concerns, and he was quick to get us a quote for replacement tires which we had installed. Once Jeff had a good feel for the likely service time he proactively offered a loaner which was super helpful.
The people in this dealership are extremely cooperative and nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone
