There is good service and there's exceptionally amazing service. The latter is what I always get when I work with Clarissa. She's sweet, attentive and just a nice person that makes you feel seeing and heard. I usually bring my truck in for various reasons (routine maintenance etc) and she's always attentive. Honestly, her service is the reason I go back. There's a dealership closer to my place but I don't want to even give them a chance at this point.
