What Others Say

Great service! The staff was friendly, professional, and completed my car’s maintenance on time. They explained everything clearly and made the process easy. Thank you for taking good care of my vehicle!

My service advisor, Christopher T, was very attentive. He explained very what was needed to be done. I will definitely stick with him.

Quick and great service! Marilynn Was very communicative. The whole department is great! Thank you

They are friendly and fast service. You can depend on service and parts department to be there for you. I didn't have the extra income for some parts and they weren't pushy just notified me if what's needed. Now I can save for it.

The team was fantastic. From the beginning, Leo Okamura and the sales manager Noel De Belen were very respectful and responsive to our many questions. We live in Northern California and called, exchanged emails and text with many other dealership in our area; however, the kind of honesty, respect and response time was beyond expectation from Burna Park team and it resulted in us making the decision to drive to SoCal ~300 miles and 5 hours in heavy traffic to do our business with them. What a great team.

This was my first time buying a car at a dealership, and Noel de Belen and Ed Fernandez let me do the entire process for a highly coveted, hard to find 2026 Toyota RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid (in the rare Everest color!) almost entirely via text message and email. I completely loved it. While other dealers kept trying to drag me into their showrooms, they kept it remote. They were friendly, approachable, and Ed is genuinely funny. The only time I actually had to show up was to sign the final papers and drive off the lot. It was fast, smooth, and incredibly efficient. But of course, this is a dealership. Capitalism demands its tribute. Let's look at the final breakdown: • AutoNation Price: $48,205.00 • Appearance Protection (3 Yr): $395.00 • Elite Door Cups/Edge Guards: $395.00 • Vehicle Selling Price: $48,995.00 (+ Taxes & CA Fees) Here’s the funny part: the quotes explicitly labeled these add ons as "optional." But when I asked to remove them, they told me they’re standard on all AutoNation vehicles and can't be removed. Ah, yes....the classic corporate definition of "optional": something you must buy whether you want it or not. To make it even better, they couldn't physically take the cheap plastic stickers off the car, so they just "discounted" them to make me feel better. Originally, they wanted: • Appearance Protection: $749.00 • Elite Door Cups: $895.00 Apparently, those tiny pieces of plastic were originally priced like they were forged from vibranium in Wakanda. Capitalism… am I right? To be fair, other dealerships I talked to were slapping on even bigger markups just for the privilege of buying the car, so AutoNation actually wins the "least ridiculous markup" award here. Despite the hilarious dealer markup logic, the actual buying experience was a dream. Noel and Ed got me a highly coveted car in a rare color with zero showroom hassle. Love the car, highly recommend the remote text process!
