When I was calling around and checking availability over the phone. I dealt with several heritage dealerships. Ended up dealing with the Parkville location. Our sales person was Branford . The communication was excellent. They sent us a video since we were out of state and really made sure that we felt comfortable with the car before making the trip down there and bringing my wife and I and the kids.. We got there the paperwork was all done finalizing some numbers checking over the car and now we are in our new family car . Brandford Was extremely helpful with even helping take our stuff out of the car and setting up the kids car seats to make sure that we had a full experience and that’s what we felt like. I drove to the parkville location after another location wasn’t a help to me. Johann was flexible with me as I came later than the original time we spoke about but was still eager to assist me. He listened to what I asked for and worked with my price point. I wanted to see this location in person after speaking with sales manger Keane over the phone, as he assured me I’d get a great deal with their team and he wasn’t wrong. Both of them, and my finance gentleman Michael were great to work with. They were thorough but I wasn’t there all day, they even offered to return my enterprise rental for me which was a great convenience to me. The stress of having my last car be a total loss in a collision has been a lot, but I’m happy to say I’m back in another Honda thanks to these guys and at a great rate at that.
