I have bought 6 new vehicles in my life and dreaded going to a dealer and get upsold or downsold. I visited 6 other Chevrolet Dealers before visiting Tonkin Dealer in Hillsboro and walked away from 3 in total disgust. Lies, deceit and total lack of integrity I encountered. I was supposed to meet with another associate who was absent when I arrived, but Jose stepped up to the plate and listened to what I wanted and helped through all phases of the sale. He is understanding, compassionate, confident and very professional with his business. I believe this dealership has raised the bar with Jose and they are lucky to have him as a salesman.
