Bought a 2025 Honda CR-V hybrid and I realize the truck doesn’t operate with key. Was told that the tailgate on the car is not automatic but manual so every time I would have to get out the car to open the trunk which makes no sense on a 2025 car. Also why wasn’t this explained or shown at initial purchase? No wonder it was open by the sales person while we were checking the interior.
