The entire Service team at Herb Chambers did an excellent job servicing my Honda CRV. When I brought in for the Honda-mandated safety recall, I was expecting to be there for at least 2 hours. But they completed the whole job in less than 90 minutes and texted me the video to show exactly what they were doing. Ashley Sullivan, at the counter, was also excellent. Friendly, professional, and very efficient in handling everything, as well as giving me a good reco for a nearby body shop. Thanks, Ashley!
Lee Diamond was incredible. He explained our transaction in detail… was professional and respectful. He has a wonderful positive attitude. He took special efforts to make sure we got our car in time.. .He was very ethical To communicate every detail of our contract. We love our car. We have always been happy with our Hondas and have bought and have had service at Honda Burlington for years. I would give Lee Diamond over 10 stars for this transaction!
