Matt Shelton could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process! It was my first time purchasing a car, and Matt laid all the details out – no "slimy salesman" xx – and was incredibly accommodating. He made sure the car was good to go when I picked it up and did everything he could to help me secure the best deal. There was a scratch that Matt made sure to get out before I picked the car up, and he assured my worries. He has years and years of experience and I trust him completely. Matt went above and beyond and was unbelievably kind and down-to-earth. I could not be more grateful that I was directed to him.
Service review: 11 yr old car with headlight issue. Service department claimed there were after market headlights installed which caused the issue although they weren’t quite sure if problem was X or Y. They quoted 2 ridiculous estimates to fix either problem. Ridiculous in the sense that one was 2/3 of the blue book value. I purchased the car new, it’s never been in a accident for repairs and I have every service invoice for all work done (none of which had anything to do with the headlights). I did not have a lot of confidence in what they were telling me given their claim that there were after market headlights. I thanked them and left. Other than above, everyone was very professional.
We have purchased 2 new vehicles from Cardinale Way. We would not be repeat customers if we were mot happy.
