Great customer service! My salesman Jon was fantastic, no pressure and provided me with a much nicer car within my budget. Will recommend to friends and family looking for a new or used car. I also have a family member that works in automotive sales out of state for the same brand and he was excited for my purchase and said I got a great deal.

Vehicle pricing similar to other dealers. Nice, polite people to talk to. Very little flexibility to come down on price. Be prepared to sit thru a presentation on lots of service packages. Not sure that they are a good value. Especially when you pay up front for things you may not ever need or won’t need for quite a while. Don’t say yes to these immediately and the price will probably drop by several thousand dollars. Understand that the inspection check list they show you is not thorough and not certified. “As is” means buyer beware. My car was delivered with a “check engine” indicator showing. Nothing serious, but cost me another $150 to repair a couple days after getting the vehicle.

Absolutely will never work with LaFontaine again. I sold my vehicle to them on Friday and they cut a check right then. However, when I went to deposit the check the following morning as the bank has already closed on Friday, I was told that they couldn't complete the transaction as the check was not issued. I immediately reached out to LaFontaine but was told they couldn't do anything until Monday but they would have someone call me Monday morning. Come Monday, I did not receive a call and had to call 4 separate times before I finally reached the manager. Each time the associate told me the manager was busy but would call me back asap. That did not happen. When I finally did speak to the manager, I was told this was the first he was hearing of it. When I explained the situation, he refused to take ownership of the mistake and was very condescending. This was the worst experience I've ever had selling a vehicle.

Easy process. Tyler Jason explained things well, liked dealing with him. Aaron Boulay, who sold me the car 6 months prior came over to say hello and offer assistance if needed. Tanner, the driver was very kind and accommodating. Tyler did a thorough explanation of all processes when I picked up the care after service completion. Really liked the added touch of the video of my car under the hood.

Overall, the experience was a pleasant one. The Sales contact (Greg) was extremely helpful, without being overwhelming. And the purchasing process was simple.
