I wish I could recommend them because I had great luck with Maita Toyota in the past. The initial interaction was great—salesman was nice, got a certified used car and had been preapproved with my bank. The problems began AFTER—no documents were sent home, no phone calls or emails AFTER multiple contacts. Then, I find out they have DOUBLE-FUNDED my loan! I call both banks and was informed how to proceed. I contacted the finance person who told me that I would be charged. He told me he would be in touch tomorrow and in the meantime, I was told by the salesperson (Rob) “good luck with two loans on the same car!” Maita will never again get my business.
