Matt and staff at Salerno Duane service department always go above and beyond, I trust them to take care of my Dodge.
I had a great experience with the dealer, Jim the sales rep and Sal. I was glad to trade in my jeep and get a new jeep in less than 24 hours.
Will was great at letting us know what services were needed plus getting us car service home and back so we didn’t have to wait at the dealership.
Brought in my Jeep for service. Was quickly greeted by the valets. Made entry into the service dept. and was greeted by "Will". Friendly and attentive. He explained all what was going to be done with my vehicle. As I chose to wait, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the waiting area and potential refreshments. When my vehicle was ready, Will explained everything. I believe now I will be a return customer to SDJR!
